Refund & Returns Policy
At RockNTrends, we want you to be satisfied with your order. We've created this refunds, returns, and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!
REFUNDS:
We do not offer refunds or replacements when customers enter the wrong shipping address.
We offer refunds if you meet the following:
(1) Items are sent in the same condition as you received them, using the return label that is provided to you by our customer service representatives.
(2) If your item arrives damaged or does not match the description in our listing. We’ll cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement right away. See the section: HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM.
Do not send your purchase back to the address from which it came.
Email us at support@rockntrends.com with the name, order number, and explanation of the reason for your refund request.
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee with a 30% restocking fee. Once everything is complete, we will process your refund, and it may take 3-5 business days to process through your bank.
Returned to Sender
If you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us by the mail carrier, you must pay the shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of reshipping the order to you.
If you choose not to have us reship the order, we will refund the order minus the original shipping costs, priority processing fees, and insurance costs. Will will also deduct a 30% restocking fee from the refund.
Sometimes these packages are refused by the manufacturer and destroyed by the postal carrier. Sometimes they end up lost in transit. If we do not receive the package back, we can provide a 50% store credit towards a new item.
If you provided the correct address, we will reship the order to the same address free of charge. If you want to change the address, you will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through rockntrends.com.
Order Cancellation
For products that are printed on demand for each customer, from the time of their order, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase. Orders for apparel, mugs, and ornaments CANNOT be canceled or modified.
Clearance Items
Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.
Warranties
Our standard refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your tracking number shows your order was delivered. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase was received, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
International Shipping
Customs Duties, Tax and charges are not included in our base price. This is a shopper’s responsibility, as each country has different Customs Duties and Laws of Taxation.
RETURNS:
All returns must be in their original packaging and condition. Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date if it is accompanied by original tags and packaging.
RockNTrends reserves the right to refuse returns beyond 30 days after delivery.
For non-defective items (or buyer’s remorse), returns are accepted with a 30% restocking fee.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable products, final sale items, health/wellness items, and undergarments, such as bras and body shaper wear.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To begin the returns process, please send an email to our customer service support team at support@rockntrends.com with your name, order number, picture of the defective product/incorrect item, and reason for return/refund.
As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within 24-48 hours.

If the order is approved for return/refund, our team will send you a return label to your email address.

Package your return using the return label from our customer service team and drop it off at a UPS facility. You must use the return label sent by our customer service team. Do not send returns to the original address.

You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we can do one of the following options:

We can refund your original form of payment in 3-5 business days.

We can send a replacement of the order and have it ready within the next 72 hours

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we will rely on the tracking number. We require you to provide a claim ID from the local post office and validate it. As soon as the review is complete, we will send a replacement.
We charge a 30% restocking fee for custom apparel, flags, and customized design items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds (minus any restocking fee) are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.
Exchanges:
Unworn or unwashed merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original order date if accompanied by original tags and packaging. All returns must be in both their original packaging and condition.
Non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable products, final sale items, health/wellness items, and undergarments, such as bras and body shaper wear.
